Coil wrapper belt is a belt used for coiling flat rolled metal strips. A strip is insterted between the belts and the mandrel, and the belt cause the strip to coil. After a couple of first wraps there is no need to further guide the strip, thus the belts are removed and the mandrel keeps rotating until the desired coil size is reached. The flat rolled metal strip is then cut off. Our coil wrapper belt adopt Kevlar super woven fiber with high strength, high-temperature resistance and good flexibility. It is suitable for Siemag aluminum cold-rolled wrapper. And we have got patent of hot-rolling coil wrapper belt in China.
